Website: I would use this photo for a website because it would make a great cover. It is a picture of a high school basketball team after winning districts. I think it would be a great cover picture because you could put as a caption "Official website of your 2013 district champions Superior Central.
Twitter: I would use this picture for twitter for breaking news. This is a picture of the players who won all conference awards, and I would put what awards the players received.
Facebook: I would use this picture for a Facebook post to give an update on the game in progress. Several sports teams do similar things with their Facebook pages.
